The "Ettore Majorana" Centre directly organizes the partecipant’s accomodation in some hotels and rooms in fully refurbished ancient fine buildings inside the small town.
The total fees (also including the accommodation and food, see the details below) are:
- Normal (room in the accommodations of the "E. Majorana" Centre): 840€
- Extra (room in a Hotel): 980€
- Basic (shared room in the accommodations of the "E. Majorana" Centre. Each shared room has 2 guests,
and each shared room has it own toilet and shower): 500€
The fees include:
- Accomodation (including breakfast)
- Full (and high quality!) Lunch and Dinner all days
- Transports from and to the airports of Trapani and Palermo
(only for 25 September, arrival day, and 1 October, departure day)
- Coffee, tea, milk, fruits, biscuits, mineral water,
marsala (typical Sicilian sweet wine) freely available all the day
- Social dinner
- One excursion
- Overheads
Moreover, accompanying persons (not attending the conference) pay the following reduced fee: one person pays 60€ daily, two persons or more 30€ daily (all in the same room).
In days different from September 25 and October 1, the personal transport from and to the airports (Trapani or Palermo) costs 80€ extra (single ticket).

The fee (i.e. 500€ for the basic class, 840€ for the normal class, 980€ for Extra class) can be paid as follows:
- Via bank transfer before the workshop (the receipt of the payment
of this second sum must be shown on the "physical registration" desk at Erice)
- By cash or cheque at the "physical registration" desk at Erice
No credit card payment is available, neither online nor at the "physical registration" desk at Erice.
